To my Brothers and Sisters,
It’s hard to believe that I’m writing my last message to you as Senior Regent! The year has flown by! The next newsletter will be out after the Installation of our 2022-2023 officers.
COVID-19 has still presented challenges, but we’re starting to regain a sense of normalcy. I hope that this will continue.
This year we used pictures of the “little people” to acknowledge all of the behind the scenes work that goes into running a successful program. I would like to acknowledge my officers for all of their service to our members this year.
Peggy Ussery, our Junior Past Regent, has been an invaluable team member this year. Peggy, I thank you for your service, with all my heart. We could not have had such a successful year without you!
Cynthia Ussery, our Treasurer, has kept all of our financial and membership records straight and up to date. It’s a big job! Thank you for doing such a marvelous job!
Chris Gillotte, our Secretary, did a fabulous job taking the minutes from all of our many meetings. The job is so much more than a few notes once a month, and she did it in stellar fashion.
Angela Wills, our Fraternal Activities Chairman, organized game nights and
an absolutely fabulous bowling tournament! If we have one next year, you have to come and check it out!
Gena Myers, our Mooseheart/Moosehaven Chairman, put on our annual Car Show, (with co-chairman Tony Johnson). We raised tons of money for Mooseheart/Moosehaven! This year’s Car Show is already being planned. Come out July 23rd and have a great time.
Audrey Nauer-Allen, our Advanced Degree Chairman assisted by Kathy Johnson, organized our special meetings to honor our Advanced Degree Holders. Thank you ladies for these events.
Jeanette Tevis-Dancy, our Membership Retention Chairman, worked behind the scenes. Your efforts are important and not forgotten. Thank you.
Last but certainly not least, Patty Hartman, our Guide, made sure that the rooms were set, and the protocols followed. Thank you for your service.
A big thank you to all of our Collegiates and all Past Regents for jumping in to help, many times at the last minute! Your help was invaluable!
