Hello Brother Legionnaires and General Members,
I hope you’re all doing well. The next two months will be very busy for the Pacifica Moose Legion.
We are hosting the Golden Spot 15 Moose Legion annual awards banquet on April 12, but it all starts on Thursday April 10th when our guest Moose International Moose Legion President Ron Serio arrives in Pacifica. Ronny and his wife Noreen will be our guests for the weekend. They will be joining us for dinner. We will end the weekend with a Moose Legion Conferral on Sunday morning, the 13th General meeting at 10:00 am, The Mighty 190 ritual team will perform the conferral at 11:00.
Golden Spot 15 Moose Legionnaire special endowment Donation. Again, we are asking our members to donate and give to the Honor roll, $20.00 Moose Legion Level, $50.00 Fellows Level, and $100.00 Pilgrim Level. Get on the Honor Roll. Our Moose Legion committee is actively looking to host events at our lodge, along with Line dancing and pancake breakfast we are helping with other events. We are trying to put together a casino bus trip if you are interested, please let me know.
Membership is always a top priority. Golden Spot 15 has created a couple of membership campaigns for the year. Sponsor two new members by September 30, 2024, and receive one year’s dues paid. This campaign will be every quarter until April 30th, 2025. The other campaign is, if you sign up 5 new members between May 1st, 2024, through April 30, 2025, your name will be entered for a life membership.
We invite you to take the next step in Fraternalism with Moose Legion, all you need to do is fill out an application with dues of $20.00 and attend a Moose Legion Conferral. I would be happy to sponsor you on your next step in fraternalism.
Line dancing is on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. Check the calendar for the Moose Car Nascar watch parties. Our monthly Moose Legion pancake breakfast, every 3rd Sunday from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon, is still the best deal in town. A Moose Legion meeting will follow the pancake breakfast and poker game on Sunday afternoons.
