To my Fellow Pacifica Moose Lodge Members,
I am very excited to accept the nomination of Pacifica Moose Lodge 1944 President. It is truly an honor.
Thank you to Leonard Iniguez. Who has the distinct honor of being the last Governor and first President of this Lodge. Leonard and his board had two of the roughest years imaginable. Without his support and guidance it’s doubtful the Lodge would have survived the COVID pandemic or flourished and grown the way it has. All of Pacifica Lodge 1944 owes Leonard a huge debt of gratitude. Thank you for all you’ve done for us against incredible odds.
In the coming months I will give 110% to represent myself in a manner befitting the Loyal Order of Moose, its membership and its mission. Throughout California/Nevada Moose Association and the Moose Fraternity, li’l ol’ Pacifica 1944 is well known as a force to be reckoned with. Word has spread that our Lodge welcomes all Moose with friendly open arms. It is a place to stop for a great meal, beverage, good conversation, fun functions and most importantly fellowship with like-minded Moose. I fully intend to uphold these traditions that make Pacifica one of the Top Lodges both locally and fraternity-wide.
Our amazing crew of volunteers is truly what makes Pacifica such a success. Cooks, bartenders, kitchen help, duty officers, clerical work and lodge maintenance are all great ways to step up and volunteer. If you have any special talents, interests or skills that would benefit the lodge please let it be known.
For those who wish to jump right in, Lodge Spring Cleaning is scheduled for Saturday May 14, 9:00 am-2:00 pm.
I look forward to what the year has in store. Getting to know the membership better, those who have been around for a while and those new to the Moose. I welcome any suggestions, ideas for functions, fundraisers, ways to improve the lodge experience for all our members or to increase our support of Mooseheart and Moosehaven.
