This is the month we think about all the things we are thankful for. Here in Pacifica, we have a super nice lodge with a great core of volunteers who keep everything running smoothly. We need to stop and thank these dedicated members for all the time and work they do for all of us. Volunteers are what makes everything happen at this Lodge.
Don’t forget to sign up your children or grandchildren, twelve years and under, for this year’s Moose Children’s Christmas Party, on Saturday, December 17th. “Lunch with Santa” will begin at 11 AM with holiday crafts followed by lunch. Santa will arrive around noon to present each child with a gift. Sign up in the event binder at the bar.
The Chapter meeting this month is being changed to November 19th. To applaud Jodi Bonilla receiving her Red Tassel a special open meeting will begin at 11 AM, followed by a celebration of appetizers. The red tassel replaces the green tassel Jodi received one year ago when she became a collegian. Everyone is invited to this special occasion.
Every month the Moose Lodges in our area get together for a social luncheon. Each month the social is at a different lodge. December 3rd the district social will be at our lodge. Come have lunch and meet other Moose from surrounding lodges.
Thank you to Gena Myers for a very successful “Christmas in October” meeting. Thank you to all who helped with the children’s Halloween Party.
